No clue who’s idea it was to cut the field like they did but I give it 6 months tops before it really costs the company serious money in the form of rebates due to lack of performance and home counts. The average NSI rep will be running 130ish homes now with no overtime allowed. Too many yes men at the top of the food chain and everyone is scared to speak up.

What’s even MORE insane is people still working at Nielsen thinking their day isn’t coming … and when it does being outraged about it and coming here to rant.
After years and years of mass layoffs and never making the effort to move on, you’re kind of your own worst enemy at this point.
When asking the director what the plan is. The question was met with a deer in headlights reaction and of corse no answer. It seriously appears that they made the cuts with no real plan in place....like WTF!?!? Mom and pop business run better than that!
I agree, OP. Also good to note, some NSI/NTI markets lost their people meter trained rep, or their bilingual rep… as well as their field manager… another fantastic brilliant idea by the big heads at the top 😁
