if you don't get official cube assignment by the end of this month - more than likely it is time to say bye, just my guess.

2026 when Intel announces to the remaining 4 employees a further 75% headcount reduction
There will be ongoing (monthly & quarterly) layoffs through EOY 2027.
From OregonLive:
Intel told its factory workers this month that it will begin laying off workers in mid-July, and that “initial” cuts will conclude by the end of that month.
“We have been taking action to build a leaner and more agile engineering- and technician-driven Intel Foundry that is poised to build customer trust,” executives wrote in a memo to factory employees Monday and reviewed by The Oregonian/OregonLive. Intel Foundry is the company’s manufacturing organization.
“These decisions are extremely difficult,” the executives wrote, “but they are necessary to help Intel achieve a more competitive market position and to put our company on a solid footing for the future.”
If your badge works August 1st ur safe :)
The delays referenced were probably in relation to the original communicated timelines, at least in the Foundry side of the house. They were going to give details in late May/early June, then pushed that a week, and then when the notice finally came it was outlining the mid-July notification and end of July end of employment timeframes, which was a month later than expected.
Expect layoff notifications to begin around July 15 and be completed by the end of July 2025... Some folks on this board think notifications will start after 7/10 and wrap up in late July. THere were a couple of posts that were talking about delays... Not sure about that. Anyhow, 2nd half of July remains the expected notification window.
