When Will Intel Rebound?

Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) stock jumped by nearly 8% during Tuesday's trading session. While there weren’t many stock-specific factors to justify such a significant move, tech stocks overall have been on an upward trend, driven by positive sentiment regarding the generative artificial intelligence phenomenon.

Will Intel survive is more appropriate question. More likely it will be gone next 5 years then survive. It has lasted far longer then most tech companies so no shame.

It is back to 20 now on Thursday. The spike is caused by fake news. Intel sends out fake news periodically, the wording is even the same, haha, reuse of the previous fake news.

Good: new leadership, restructuring, and high-margin AI opportunities.
Bad: costly delays, heavy capex, and stiff competition from AMD, Nvidia, TSMC, etc.
I would not be so sure it'll rebound, and yet, it's possible

Never. Not going to happen. Change came way too late. Why bet in Intel when there are so many better options?

My boss used Carvana to explain the Intel turn around. They were peanut grade for more than a year before the rebound. So we still have months to go

Since when did you suspect the goal of management was for a "rebound"?

All Hype. It's always the same, At some point Intel is going to run out of media outlets to pay for positive headlines.

Stock jump seemed like manipulation by some big institutional investor. Gain nearly sold completely off next day at open and made no sense.
