Was able to work at home for the last couple of years.
Didn't really have much tasked to me.
Spent a lot of time doing my own stuff.
I honestly enjoy my job. I feel that the work I do is fulfilling and helps bring important technology to life. I really enjoyed the flexibility of being able to work from home. Those were the best and by far most productive years of my career so far.
I like my team and manager which were the main reasons for my stay here until now.
I like all the ladies in F11. They are amazing.
I work compressed shift and like the 3 day off and 4 day off. I also like the sabbatical. It su-ks that we no longer have the 4 year sabbatical.
My position is engaging and fulfilling, and I genuinely enjoy the range of situations I have to deal with on a weekly basis.
I have great benefits and an almost absurd amount of paid time off, and I'm not upset about my pay either.
My coworkers are a lovely group of people that I genuinely enjoy working with, and I feel trusted and respected by my manager.
It has been great to work from home, since there is no commute, I can work out, go running, or play music when I get a chance, make my own food for lunch, etc. My team is supportive and enjoy their personalities. And of course, working on state of the art designs is what keeps me engaged
I get to go to work and fix cool things. It's like lab in grad school except I get paid
I enjoy paying high prices for mediocre food.
I like the constant unstable CPU crashing or frozen so I can keep my job playing games and watching Netflix movies.
Shout out to all the cool peeps in RA4.
I enjoy having left the toxic flaming mess that is Intel and gleefully watching it self implode in life after Intel.
The responses are hilarious!
Personally, the health benefits are extraordinary. Realistically, the job market is terrible so I'm holding onto this one.
As someone who went to a mid tier state college and possesses average intelligence: Intel pays me more than any other job I am qualified for. God bless the fabs.
Intel processors help students and families, they go into schools and hospitals and public offices, everywhere in the world.
I particularly like watching a certain group of people blatantly steal the hard work of others and then get themselves reconized with $500 DRA's, all with the management knowing and approving.
I like watching the dog and pony shows that happen because we set unrealistic product launch roadmaps. should I name names?
I like the excitement of a CPU with a 50/50 shot of being defective out of the box or melting within 6 months of purchase.
I enjoy working with teammates and solving problems for customers.
