After 20 years I was just let go. The hardest part is not being able to say goodbye and thank you to my teammates.

I appreciate everything you did for us. Enjoyed my day in the field with you a few years ago and I was also let go yesterday as an FR. We all gonna land on our feet and come out ahead I have faith.

Former FR here. I left on my own accord (retired) in January after 25 years and knew it was time for me to go. Thank you for your dedication and teamwork in the field training department. I wish you well.
