The project has been paused/cancelled/postponed/on hold/closed.... After stringing along the entire project, people are now fed up. Leadership is not trustworthy, and morale is at an all-time low. The government doesn't care, Chevron doesn't care, The team doesn't care.
Whatever remaining work there is to be completed, people dont care! People are simply here to collect a paycheck, use the internet, update resumes and apply for new jobs.
Chevron, by far, has been the worse employer, ever!
