Got hit in LR

Got hit in the recent layoffs, wondering if any of you have been able to negotiate your severance package for a few more weeks of pay or not. Does HR negotiate at all for this ?

I have been here for almost three years, wondering how much that would get me.

Zero negotiating power for 3 years and there's no LR going on. If you are on a PIP now forget it about negotiating. Look for another job or get your act together and turn it around.

@a2 they need to start PIP’ing the “account managers” in GVSE. Do nothing but ask their specialists and partners for deal updates.

Take it and run. I know several who asked for more and got nothing extra.

Don’t waste your time. Chances are you’ll be back in 6 mos like many anyway.

With only three years in I'd probably just take the severance. If you had over 20 years in and are over 50 and think the severance is particularly unfair for some reason, I would have a lawyer look at it before signing it.

I see so many posts mentioned no LR, but PO said he got LRed. Is this for real ?
And yes LR is a gift, PIP is worst !

Be thankful (you didnt get the PIP). Take the severance and you will do just fine.
