Mediocrity everywhere here, no career growth and not one person i respect or look up to career wise.
Everyday is a drag, and no culture or push towards growth. People are sad zombies showing up to warm their seats everyday.
Have asked constantly for budget for conferences and events to go to; denied everytime.
