Intel is in the 3rd round of cuts in 2 years. Motivation is deader than dead. There’s no need to say anything right now. No one is really paying attention.
The old guy will have poor vision. Plan to retire after making big company with more than 100K employees to a small company with less than 50K employees to declare a succeed.
