If I understood correctly Tom said only a sale or reverse morris trust was on the table for the separation of BD Life Sciences? I am with BD Biosciences and it seems like this BU is certainly headed for a sale. Same take away. Spinoff is not likely on table anymore. He did mention selling Biosciences and Diagnostics to separate companies is on the table. That makes more sense since BD Life Sciences as a whole is huge
BD is definitely getting out of the “Sciences” business. Going to be strictly med device. Will be easier to sell BD with only med device left. Right now BD is too big to sell as is.
