18A is delayed again for internal product, still no external customers.
The impact has been penetrating deeply for a while.
Of course, 18A/14A will be impacted: if any critical engineer leave the job, knowledge will be gone; more workload; the fab is in low morale and more likely to make mistakes; experienced engineers are replaced by inexperienced; etc.
