I have no confidence whatsoever in leadership to conduct the layoffs in a meaningful way, with clear vision, goals, or productivity in mind, rather than just based on numbers. I'm even less confident that management will handle the aftermath in a reasonable or competent manner. I expect triple the workload, missing links, and belated realizations that some critically important people are gone. But hey, I might end up among the chosen ones, so why should I care?

The fat and stupid VP's all remained. The dead weights are even more. Intel is slowly get stewed and disassembled.

“Hey mom, I trolled a layoff board today! Aren’t you proud?”
“No, son”
Hope Intel doesnt make it. The old fa-t VPs and managers need to be thrown to the streets....
People on medical leave most of the time should go. They are no help to the team.
996 with half the pay going forward, otherwise Intel is not going to make it.
