Anyone notice that if an agreement employee is accused of an EEO violation, they are immediately removed from service, investigated and are only allowed to return to work if found innocent. If a manager is accused of an EEO violation, they remain on the job up to and even during their investigation, and if found guilt of a violation are only sent to Omaha for “training” for a week, and then return as if nothing happened?

From personal experience, if a manager ‘hurts your feelings’ please report them. Values line. This includes cursing. The company cares more about feelings now and wants these new snowflakes to fit in..
Very true id--t managers are not held to the same standards as a union employee….Managers know that they are no longer in charge of anyone

Honestly that’s probably because 99% of eeo complaints against managers are from bitter union employees they don’t like doing their job and are just mad at their managers. Can’t fire a manager everytime the carman has to do an air test
Hence the phrase "rules for thee and not for me". To be honest about it, it's been that way for a long long time. If they held the management to the same standards as everyone else, then what? One must ask themselves what the UP cares about more. Do they care about the employees or the management? The current contract proposals should give the best idea of their actual concerns
This isn’t entirely true. I have known a couple of managers that were let go for EEO violations and another that was demoted and had to go back to craft. It’s impossible for anyone to know every situation that happens. Posting like this that say “all” “every” or “most” need to be ignored as they are posted by someone just trying to get a reaction and aren’t based in facts.
