Chiefs are a joke.
Digital, SMS, & Chiefs in that order. I still agree with the need for an exploration team especially as inventory becomes more and more scarce. Unfortunately, unless we make some splashes that allow for growth or merge with someone of similar size, we don’t need these large central functions as much if everything is as streamlined as it should be.
Actually Finance is the most top heavy group in the org when you compare it to our peers.
