Anyone know if the MIP is still scheduled for last paycheck of July ? I heard maybe end of June this year.

June doesn’t make sense. The July date is based on the IRS rules for the last day you are allowed to pay out bonus from the prior year.
The longer MDT holds the cash it’s better for them. Kinda like how they use net X days with vendors (X seems to continuously increase)
