Thank you for deleting my post. It seems we prefer to keep past and present employees uninformed about the reduction in pension payments.
It's surprising that the employees' investments fund has had zero interest over the last 20 years, while the Mars family has certainly not faced the same situation. They haven't experienced stagnation or negative gains due to fees associated with their pension plan. This is a significant issue that deserves attention.
