When do you find out your assessment ranking each year? I forget. Is it determined yet?

It’s always in early July. Assessment results are final as soon as the meeting is over. The reason we can’t tell people immediately is because the pa meetings go all the way until the end of June
@jf+1jx0s8f71 Who said assessments were supposed to be finalized during the assessment meetings? You may think they logically should, but everyone is aware that assessments are not final until HR gives their blessing.
Your assessment is supposed to be final after the assessment meeting. So why can’t they tell you then? It’s because it’s not really final. This is when DEI manipulation and cronyism comes in play
All sessions need to be completed before end June. Communications must be completed before end Sept
I was told after july 1 if you arent nsi or ni
I was told ~2 weeks
Ranking is still ongoing, so will need to show up in the office for a few more Fridays
