7,000 P&G jobs to be lost

U.S. consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble has announced that it will lay off 7,000 workers over the company’s next two fiscal years. Nothing will happen. Only admins or BTA or experienced hires or minority people will get the hit. I will be ok as Im buddies with my manager. Only have to come to work 2 or 3 days. Love this. Relax and just work 50% :) shh don't tell

They need to infuse fresh thinking. Get some outside talent. Echo chamber cult is too strong. Their egos won't let outside talent excel. Anyone who has been around wants to become a B5 B6 B7 so just rotate. Vendors love P&G :) even power point presentations, annual firm planning is all run by vendors!!
