Thread regarding Phillips 66 layoffs

I did it

After 13 years here, I never thought I’d leave. I finally took a leap on a new job a few weeks ago, and while it’s not perfect, shaking things up was worth it. Change is scary but sometimes necessary. If you're as unhappy as I was, give it try. It worked out for me perfectly.

I did the same around the last layoffs, best decision I ever made all though terrifying at the time it worked out. I’m in a job that treats you fairly and respects your work life balance and they pay better too. I used to think p66 was top of the food chain until I started looking at other comparable roles and seen p66’s pay was 10-15% lower.
