And in the USA lay offs are too easy to do, on the DL and with absolutely NO fear of bad press. The truth is when you lay someone off because of your shoddy math, business gambles and cr-p leadership, you, yes you CEO, COO, CIO etc are FAILING. You are very fortunate to live in a time when your BS is acceptable instead of punishable. People who work for a living, deserve better treatment and more than just a paycheck. It's time to hold these mini-fiefdom pinheads accountable. Time to delete the million dollar bonus, the golden parachute and the elite pretorian guard these vile money grubbing goons are entitled to and move to something a lot better for THE GREATER GOOD.

Hear hear! Though they aren’t entitled to these millions. They just award these giant pay packages and bonuses to themselves. We’re all just as entitled as they are. Difference is in who steps on enough people to get ahead and take the power.
