I’m CL28, a little over 40 years old, downstream salary curve, and make about 275k before miniscule RSUs

Believe it or not stock at 25 is damn near the same as 28/29. It's not until 30 that you start getting decent stock. Cl27 owd is 220 shares.

@b3 I get stock at CL 25 so I bet CL28&29 get a decent chunk of stock.

With the exception of the technical manager, the operations manager, and the refinery-petrochemical manager, the highest salary in our operating units after 30+ years will be CL-26/-27.

You are missing the point which is you will be fired as soon as they figure out how to convince themselves amd Indian team can do your job.

Depends on the country. US range is roughly 260k-370k. Obviously, it is also based on the stock options, YEE and ranking. Hope this helps.

Why don't you go find one at EMHC and ask them? Oh wait they're all WFH today, nevermind.
