Chronic understaffing, endless red tape, and a resistance to real change are pushing top performers out. I’ve seen some of the sharpest minds walk after years of being stuck in place. I can't blame any of them. If somebody doesn't wake up soon, we'll lose the entire institutional knowledge at this place.

The decline of this once-great organization is painfully evident in the continuous departure of its top talent over the last five years. This loss, sometimes occurring in large waves like during the COVID period and at other junctures, has also seen a steady attrition since, now including even the brightest new recruits who initially sought experience with us.
Just got an offer 40% better than my current Sabre Principal salary. See you someday in better company!
They will offshore heavily to Coforge et al then re-shore or go broke. Mismanagement of Travelocity, SHS, GetThere etc etc and loss of customers left and right, there is not much to stay for. SME knowledge lost, wheel spinning and poor quality of service will do them in.
