Most managers are completely useless. I often wonder how it is possible that these people are in these positions.
They care about absolutely nothing. There are exceptions, but mostly they are there to demotivate employees.
If Walmart was to lay off half of the managers, would anyone feel it? I don't think we would.

Lots of places hiring. Get out of H3llmart. Worst company ever and they don’t give a $h!t about their employees.
All culture that is present in the stores is from the acceptable still out to lunch walmart corporate culture. All they have for a culture is a demonic love for corporate. Otherwise
back stabbings, tattle tails , laughing at humorless expressions there are no friends or friendships just walking through the bs .
When you ask them a question they say “I don’t know”. Your the manager you should know.
Many managers don’t hold anyone accountable for attendance and dress code. Completely useless.
They take countless smoke break every hour. Late coming to work everyday. Shouldn’t you set an example as a manager??
