My team as well as other teams that I collaborate with have very low morale. So much passive aggressive behavior, fighting, many disengaged colleagues who even don’t do bare minimum. I don’t know how I can improve morale in my small team.

its sh*t environment in bu originals. lots of internal politics and incompetence at the top who are scared to take decisions.
