Activist investors & private equity firms don't care about W2 workers, retail shareholders, or even if a bussiness succeeds or fails. Their opportunist they'll strip whatever value they can out a company and leave someone else holding the bag.. in this case it Crown towers. Sorry, but that is a fact the balance sheet doesn't lie.. blame Jay all you want
Crown has 30 BILLION in debt because JB paid dividends instead of bills. Elliot didn't do that. J did. They called him on it 6/7 years ago and he ignored them. Look where were at. Get your head out of your ar-e. Its the blind loyalty to the 2010 Crown that got us here. Clean house of the delusional useless managers and directors that refuse to learn and grow and sit yearning for the glory days.
OR…they just made us clean house. JB was trying to mortgage our best assets to fund his worst mistake. We need money for our stock holders. If you don’t like the game get out of the arena.
