Glint survey is terrible. Other organizations have upward feedback where team reports could provide comments above their manager anonymously. This factored into manager year end performance.Why doesn't schwab has one?

Don't fill it out. Best protest there is. And they can't assume rating as you could have forgotten, been too busy working for the company or on vacation, sick or sabbatical.
They can find out who responded and what score you provided. Knowing this, just give them all “5”s… you keep your job, and the data provided gives them nothing to use that’s realistic.
If they wanted to take action on Glint, there would be follow up surveys and discussions but there’s no time for that. So take it for what it is. Give 5s across the board and keep smiling. Doing anything lower or giving all 1s isn’t really going to do anything anyways except waste time.
Then have them get you a better manager!

Does anyone else’s boss ask them directly what score they gave to specific questions on the glint survey? Each time my team scores lower in a category, my boss corners me about what score I gave on that question. It feels like my boss just blames me for any drop in score, as if they view me as the problem child. I’m tempted to just stop responding to the survey all together but that won’t stop them from blaming me for other people’s low scores.
Upward Feedback to Where?! My Manager knows nothing. My Director distributes 25$ Amazon Gift Cards in meetings every 6 months, I see my MD drinking diet coke and running to get food first during any team gatherings. All leaders left over from Schwab and TD merger. This is my 5th Job and I can confidently say they are all very mediocre bosses with little to no problem solving skills. This is in STS not sure about other departments.

Uninspiring leaders at schwab. My Director and MD who are fully remote are now making my life miserable by sharing MyTI Badge Swipe Reports and asking me the only one to go to a office just because I am near it and my entire team is fully remote I've been doing this for a year and half and almost at my sabbatical I need to GET THE F*CK OUT of here. Rinse and Repeat useless work.
Of course there should be upward feedback - will there ever be -NO..They all at the top are privileged and self serving and feel no need for feedback nor do they feel they are wrong or need to change!

I answer honestly to Glint surveys but as a general rule I like my job here. That said, for those who are dissatisfied I wouldn't send anything, or just lie. Literally nothing that you send digitally is actually anonymous, whether here or anywhere else. It's a complete lie that these surveys don't tell who said what, don't ever believe that for a single second.
They don't care what you think. Glint is for optics only. Bad survey results don't inspire any action.
Have never filled out the Glint survey and will not. The EC and managers are terrible and they know that they are terrible. My reports tell me weekly. As I tell them they work for goals benefiting the company. The others work for goals benefiting them. And the company didn't used to be like that.
and remember, anything digital is never anonymous. So, often, avoiding the survey is stronger feedback than actually doing it.
