The current CFO along with the heavily ingrained GE culture first brought to us by Mcnerney is very testosterone heavy. Estrogen is a weakness in GE culture so can't believe any of this BS.

I’m an ex 3M employee (and a man). I can tell you that in my time at 3M, it certainly wasn’t female friendly. In some cases (CFO) there are also clear examples where discrimination lawsuits have been brought forward. 3M really needs to change, starting with the CEO and CFO!
Wonder how that was worked out... Maybe a group of old white men voted on it.
I don't know a single woman in the company who doesn't have examples of the s-xist bullsh-t they've had to put up with at 3M.

If you are a non white female, DEI stuff doesn't work any more. Good old Racism with a Smile works very well in MN even in 2022.

I haven't read that article and not sure what the criteria are for this nomination. Is there a listing available of all 3M's female CEOs and EOC members from over the years?
