I guess if you have to simp you have to simp. Hope at some point you gain some self respect and dont feel you have to grovel. If I got that notice, I'd put up no fight, actually my mood might improve a little. I'll stay as long as I dont have a better opportunity or they tell me to leave. But I sure as he'll won't shed a tear about the latter. They won't be able to send me to the door fast enough.
in few months or may be even weeks , you will be in a better place and laughing your a off on people like MJ and JF , these are useless mo--ns acting like genious under the unconcious chariman,, this place stinks more than ever!!!
OP, congratulations on your separation from Ford! You'll find that it was a blessing in disguise. Take the time and figure out your next move and think of yourself as fortunate.Unlike those who remain at Ford at least you have an opportunity to provide yourself some direction.
I countered that I was willing to work for 80% of my current salary and they asked if I was serious. When I said yes, the rescinded the layoff and they laid off the person next on the list instead, Nothing is final.
I was axed by some Indian dude, who was fishing in India 2-3 months before the planned lay offs. The whole thing was a set up, I tell you. it was not 1 month before, it was at least 5 months before, and they prepared for it. It was right after JF mentioned that he could extend FNV4 for another 2 years. It was a BIG lie.
