Yes, hard working IBM US employees should expect 50% raises (after all, why settle for a measly 23% you are worth so much more ??).
But...those raises will be paid to you in your dreams or when he-l freezes over (whichever comes first).
And, as you guessed already - this does not apply to Alvind, Krabanaugh, Slob Thomas or the rest of the Pipmunks. They get real money in their paychecks and bank accounts.
