@bz that’s not true. We were told and I believe an email was sent that the multi team is overloaded and to just take the calls as usual. I haven’t transferred one call because the wait it longer than a min. My phone is back to back all day. I’m in frontline 5 years for reference
Making up our performance on metrics. I don’t trust it.
It will continue until all of US remote customer service is gone. They only want offshore customer service.
Frontline agents for sure, I'd say in a month or so.
Customer service isnt getting any calls, we have to transfer all the calls to multi contact. That tells me we wont have jobs soon.
