When you have been here for over a decade and have seen how veteran employees are treated, how often they are kicked out right after training their own replacements, the only logical conclusion is to pull the brake and start doing only the bare minimum. How can anyone be blamed for coasting when effort does not equal security?

"Meanwhile, I’m busting my a-s Just hope to make it to your 30 for my pension."
This is no longer a viable strategy as I'm sure you are finding out. 30 and out doesn't exist for people anymore unless you've been around for a long time.
Meanwhile, I’m busting my a-s Just hope to make it to your 30 for my pension. I think right now I’m doing the work of three people. However, it seems that I’m the target. Ford can go fu-k themselves. Clearly, creating two class of workers, the coasters, and the people working all out just to keep their jobs.
It's called quiet quitting and I wholeheartedly support it.
