The head of HR Eric Leef made a total compensation of $1.3 million in 2023. His compensation for 2024 went up 77% to $2.3 million. This is the same crook who had the audacity to cancel all merit increases, force lay offs and tell directly to my face “we all need to sacrifice to save Hertz”. I was forced to lay off a mother who had just lost her son in a car accident, a father that had just been diagnosed with a brain tumor and 12 other staff members that were borderline on poverty. And how about Justin Keppy who walked away with over $20 million for 8 months of disrespectful treatment of his staff? He has the audacity to post on social media how he’s loving life now hiking mountains around the world, fishing piranhas in the Amazon river and chasing polar bears in Alaska. What a massive failure leadership after leadership in this company. There’s zero hope left.

Yet we pay senior MSMs over $90,000 to sit at home and are basically over paid glorified secretaries for directors of VAS.

Don't forget about the millions of dollars train wreck Justin Keppy got away with for a few months of "work". Talk about robbing the bank.

Don't worry about Carl thats spare change for him. Add up comp for the rest of SLT through the years and thats alot of coin. Enough to turn the company profitable

They went bankrupt but the CEO got $200 million after a year?

That money should go to poor Carl Icahn who lost billion on betting Hertz.
