Ford "Build to Last" - False Advertisement

This is really false advertisement from Ford. Ford is top on the list with safety recalls. Ford spent the most for fixing, repairing, and warranty cost. Ford is rated as unreliable.
I owned a Ford in the past, and I know they come with problems - they don't last.

Yep, Hang on to your older vehicles like gold. These car companies are pumping out overpriced garbage disguised as innovation. They're slapping insane price tags on flimsy, underpowered 4-cylinder engines running on high pressure just to squeeze out fake efficiency. The metal's thinner, the suspension's weaker, and the whole build is designed to fall apart right after the warranty dies.

And those overpriced electronic modules? They've already been sneaking into your repair bills for years—just to make basic features like headlights or door locks work. One little failure, and you’re paying thousands for what used to be a $20 fix. It’s not progress—it’s engineered dependency.

And don’t think EVs are any better. They’ll su-k you dry, especially when the battery starts to go. Replacing it can cost more than the damn car. And once you're locked into their software and service ecosystem, they own you. You’re not buying a car—you’re buying a subscription on wheels.

Someone needs to tell Ford Product Managers at some point to pi$$ off. No, no one in fact wants these things you say they want. You implement things people ask for, not what some random product manager dreams up because they want to appear to be doing something. Increase the tech stack on the vehicle = more recalls for Ford. No one is impressed with your ability to add to a sh!t sandwich of software that 90 percent of customers never use. If you were laid off and you were one of these people pushing for new ways to add things to the vehicle, it was justified and you should stay unemployed until you have a skill that adds to society and a business. No one wants this stuff. Get this through your thick heads.

Hold on to your older vehicles. Having 2 used cars are better then having one new one. One goes down, fix it, move on while you drive the spare. Spend no more than 10k on a used car. You'll be fine for the next 5 years.

Too much tech on engines and transmissions. Sensors, actuators, all e controlled. What could possibly go wrong? The calibrations are monstrous.

All for damn CAFE. All they need is a push rod v8 with VCT and a 6 speed in the trucks Without cylinder deactivation.
