Not in my experience, this is my 4th job and it's more merit driven than any other place I've worked at.
We are not perfect, I did see some traces of nepotism, but overall it's fairly merit based.

Are you a child? This is how things are and were for thousands of years.
Recognize it and work to better yourself.
Now they work only on Outlook and Teams, no more XL and PPTS
Many of the Managers, Sr. Managers are simply XL Managers and meeting Facilitators, they have absolutely NO SAP knowledge,but they lead the SAP Projects, what a shame
