Honestly the tech is overpaid. living in wiscon is cheap, there arent big places to do shopping to spent the dollars. I dont regret it, coz mother nature is abundant with all the greenery and the wild zoological life at the doorstep. I'm already enjoying good lunches, what else do I really need? just a loaf of bread and some cheese would be enuf for dinner.
Please remember to slash the pay of our tech directors as well.
Well for the tech people the ground is moving under their feet, while salaries a few years ago were comparable the market has dropped like a rock recently making most tech people at NM over paid relative to the new reality
Some comments here show how ignorant some people are about NM's business model. Keep ranting about working remotely -- easy to tell it's doing you a whole lot of good.
@cd good insight to probe the book of business
@ce NM hiring team conducted multiple rounds of interview and onboarded him. How come he became worthless all of a sudden? for sure he is not worthless.
DEI ki-led NM. JS did the same thing to Kohls. 2 once great companies now in turmoil.

If ya think your pay is low then go work elsewhere for higher pay. What’s that, no one else will hire you? Yeah, that’s what I thought.
Low pay rates and minimal hiring helps towards getting to billion dollar profits. That and overpriced, commission heavy products that enough su-kers purchase. .
@OP spot on! Million dollar question to the Billion-Dollar revenue generating company!!! Please share more insights.
