With RTO consolidation is a requirement, remote workers not willing to move are on the block for cuts, workers with few or no team level peers at their site will be cut, workers vocal against RTO will be cut.

I hate to tell you this but Intel’s organizational culture IS THE PROBLEM. Not the solution.

This is not true. Layoff lists have been prepared with zero connection to RTO.
RTO is like going back to the old age disfunction where the only thing accomplished on site was management strutting around to meet the a-s kissers. Cut Me. a--hole!
