Can’t find tenants for the train station so now he is trying to turn it back into a train station! Until that happens he will continue to run the company into the ground. Bill doesn’t even come close to having Hanks IQ.

His name is on the building. His name is on the recall paperwork too, but other people get to deal with those detials while he yucks it up at the train station.
20M plus a year for essentially doing nothing. Why would he want to leave?
