It is surprising to me that SF still has a few capable and talented employees working here at all. Most of them left a long time ago and I wonder if the leadership is aware of the mistake they made in allowing such employees to go to the competition? They will probably only realize that when it's too late.

I found that sacrificing goats led me to my success and rapid “talent growth “, just wished I hadn’t injected myself with biscuit gravy so much . Hope there goats available in DC. Bahhh
Obvi the previous poster doesn’t know who I am, I’m a super ⭐️ in claims!
LOL-that assumes there was ever any talent in claims. It has always been the scrap heap of SF.
Well they made the informed decision that they didnt want/need skilled employees in claims. Cost too much. Took too much money out the pockets of managers ect.
I don't care how good you are. If you have an inventory of more than 200 injury claims, there is no way under the canopy of heaven you can address liability, injury analysis, the vehicles involved and the damages coherently even with "technology." Every claim should be handled on its merits with the respect it truly deserves. Claim handling is not exclusively a "process." This is exactly why the "good neighbor" promise is a HOAX.
The people I know that will stay to the bitter end are long time employees with pension and retirement in sight.
I will have 4 year in April and I am so over it. Injury CS mode than 385 claims, a new SM, new TM and it's a constant stream of complaints from management, from attorneys, from Agents... Getting finished with a 10 he day after being dumped on from every direction. I need out.

Leadership is probably not terribly concerned, given that however some people on this site feel…..Leadership is more concerned with the actual fact that they are outselling and outgrowing said competition.
