Why does Xerox give their Employees harsh working environments standing on concrete floors with no rubber mats for 12 hours standing that's like working in a third world country in this day and age we all know the irreversible jo--t damage that's done so why??

that place is so toxic anyone left is in a bad place mentally. years of that ends up rubbing off on even the strongest people. save yourself and get out now, life is too short to deal with that nonsense
