IBM fu---d me right up the a-s and then said I was so old it didn't even get any pleasure from it. I feel so damn useless.

EMEA, PIPed, which is the RA strategy for the region as we are not ‘at will’ employees. Interested to know if others have been PIPed.

IBM does daily RA! They try to hide it.
All positions terminated in the US are replaced by Indians at the rate: One position in US is replaced by 5 positions in India.
Customers are moving away from IBM. Customers pay for US quality work and get India quality work.
Is IBM really doing weekly RAs now? Seems like it with all the staggered goodbye emails.
