If Harv was "canned" why does he still have three weeks on the payroll?
They need to continue cleaning at the top. Cesar and RdB should be next. I can’t think of one thing of value they have brought to NetApp of benefit since joining. Revenue flat, more dysfunction company wide, continued layoffs and lack of direction. I know there are many others but that would be a good starting point.
Harv Was the garden variety top level exec - he didn't have the zeal or the vigor to do anything. On the other hand, there is a high probability that NetApp might have ki-led anything that existed before.
