Thread regarding AeroVironment Inc. layoffs

I was laid off in 2023 due to the company's inability to obtain follow-on contracts.
As usual if you're tight with the good ol' boys, you stay and If you're not, it's bye bye.
You're exceptional work ethic is irrelevant.
They don't offer competitive pay. You're better off applying to Northrop, Raytheon, etc.
The managers and supervisors have no people skills, you're just a number to them.
The engineering supervisors and managers don't know the concept of work/life balance because they spend 24/7 doing aero work.
