Watching this Town Hall, Ramon is wholly lost on the direction PepsiCo needs to take next. His answers and explanations are vague at best. Instead of giving speaking events in China and around the world, he should focus on addressing the company's problems. Putting his head in the sand doesn't make the problems go away.

@b3 It’s not even $200 B in market cap any longer. It’s been around 180 or lower for months. I’m amazed the jokers running this place are still employed here. Anyone of us who directly contributed to such a precipitous destruction of the company would have been shown the door long ago.

@b1 At $200 billion in value, it won't fold anytime soon. Leadership will change multiple times before it goes under. If the stock value of the company gets to $125 or $120, they'll make a change. We're only $5-10 away.
They must be asked by the board to step down. This company has been doomed. Unless there is a radical reset, this company will fold.
