@d4 problem is, nobody trusts the ethics dept. As much as they want to promote it and say there is zero tolerance for this and that.....no one trusts enough to bring anything forth. So some VP's will continue to be bullies. They really should start looking at how much staff some managers lose. Managers get away will saying they left for more money. That's not usually the case.

Meanwhile we have to tell staff why they aren’t getting merit increases as we are all in this together. Joke of a company now and HR wondering why we have so many people leaving

@OP Goodwill from employees being eroded, extra hours worked for free from once loyal staff will start stopping, quiet quitting will start increasing…..and you cannot blame anyone for their actions as we have all been pushed to our limits - welcome to the world of working for Bandy the Bandit and his board of bozos.

C-Level have overseen company value plummet in last 3 years but get rewarded, basically corporate and moral corruption.

Median salary at Xerox = 50K USD. CEO earns 13 million USD.

Staggeringly, he earns
DAILY what most earn in a YEAR
MONTHLY he'll earn what would take a near CAREER LIFETIME,
YEARLY, well how about 5 or 6 CAREER LIFETIMES

Totally immoral…….Time for employees to get some swagger and start working to rule, opening ethics cases if you think you are being mistreated (they’ll never keep up with them all) and vote with their feet

How can named executive officers receive any increases when none of the grunts or pawns received any yearly increases? This is not morally right when we, the peons, do all of the customer-facing business. The day-to-day employees are the pillars of the company.

@OP - So they get a raise and those who work hard and have been loyal do not. Under what twilight zone would this be acceptable? I mean if this doesn’t create backlash what will? It’s a total lack of care, understanding and a complete absence of a moral compass. This company is imploding and recent news, stock prices, internal memos and everything is pointing towards that the c suite folks know they are in the sh----r- they are blaming everyone else for their lack of reinvention progress so they resort to blaming others - what a complete and utter classless set of people.
