Since Geoff took office he has systematically thrown out long term leaders who made it up the ranks at Medtronic. He has replaced them with “outsiders” the majority of which have no MedTech experience.
To make things worse these new leaders are making mistake after mistake, due to their lack of experience and knowledge in MedTech. Hiring people just because they a business degree does not make them a “good” leader. Look at the hire to run the Pelvic Health business….someone with only a Journalism bachelors degree. How is this possible?
