Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Senior Leaders smart hard working, but too weak to mandate 3 day RTW from LL6 and below

Outside of team rooms, LL6 and below level people come to office for an hour or two for badge swipes and then leave. LL5 and higher level tend to be in office all day. LL6 level stay dis-connected from work place, delegating upwards the decision making burden to LL5 and above. Passionless behavior of ground level leaders (LL6s) is resulting in R&R confuion, re-works, missed opportunities, etc. Senior leaders need to show toughness to require on-site presence of LL6 leaders to own the decision making and robust execution ..

If there was ever an AI generated post this is it. Low quality. Do better OP.

Senior leaders: Nothing special about them. What difference is there? Maybe an MBA or a Masters. You know what those are worth these days to everyone else besides HR Karen? Jack Sh!t.

Whoever posted the noise about “uneducated “ types needs a reality check regarding respect for everyone who works and earns a paycheck.
As for RTO I pay no attention to anyone else’s schedule, not my business.

The problem with many people is they are overly concerned with others. Wanting to clock-watch other people is 19-20th century industrial-era mentality. Focus on you and your objectives.

@ab do other ll5s statistically throw out 99%? What sort of credibility is that? 100% of the people reading think you’re beavis and bu-----d combined together.

Nope.

Because, unlike 99% of the people on this forum - who are all GSRs - I am an LL5. And I am on track for LL4 within the next 3 years.

I have a BS and an MBA. I have a team of people reporting to me who each have teams of their own.

You’re not fooling anyone @a8+1jw7d0mgz by your logic you should be using your body too. In fact majority should be.

There's a reason why you 'uneducated' and 'trades' types have to work manual labor. You have to work with your bodies because you couldn't work with your brains.

You should ALL be back in office 100%.

We didn't get to stop coming into the assembly plants and build cars from home!

Yes of course it’s ll6 and above.
“ Senior Leaders smart hard working”
Your fear. It is literally in everything about your post. When you posted, how you said it, WHY you said it, etc.

No one respects you because you don’t respect them. You think respect isn’t king. You think it’s queen. That’s why you sacrifice it. Once something is thrown it’s thrown, yet you think the grievances are like object permanence in a young child where it’s truly out of their mind when out of site. That is foolish behavior. Are you a child? Reflect inwards and get back to your people instead of here to cover your own a-s and try to influence opinions on here. That is your intent. To influence perception. You call people weak but sounds like you’re the weak one because you can’t directly admit why. Just face it.

I gave your company advice long ago in something similar as quoted below but for a purpose that is greater than something as silly as what you desire.

“Senior leaders need to show toughness to require on-site presence of LL6 leaders to own the decision making and robust execution ..”

Revisit what was said a regroup, not on here which is because you’re afraid:

“Run your internal culture change campaign the same way professionals run behavior change campaigns. Make sure senior people are seen to care about this stuff. Think of like matrix of cybsec on startups, try not be sidetracked by what seems cool at the moment. Instead, focus on your actual attack surface. If you go for quick wins the dopamine will hit, no bueno”
