so if there is no difference, why PTO to FTO, ?? well done Q! well done
I will give testimony stating my direct line of management held a group meeting, after executive members gave the FTO presentation, stating , FTO is not unlimited time off all is basically the same as PTO. And I am a 40 year Semiconductor Engineer. Trace this post I could give a rats oss. Starboard will get me my next job....
I saw the presentation in person. The Chubby executive turned to the HR rep and said " unlimited days off right"? And that's a fact. Take me to court, give me a poly I know what I heard, take your time off before the axe falls,. As far as management goes, get an attorney first, and let them see the FTO announcement you got. Management can lick my leftie, Starboard is running the show now, bloated management your days re numbered.
Be good to us, they might give us a survey!
Take your unlimited time off right now, see what the response is, if your mealy mouth manager told you its not unlimited in a group meeting, get an attorney, they pulled PTO and announced FTO, FTO is not PTO take your time off and enjoy yourselves. Says me
"I watched the presentation, a live presentation , that my managers tried to re - edit in a meeting after the fact"
that strategy is one of a revisionist
If you were indeed in a group meeting and this benefit was presented and then your management tried to "redifine" it after the fact , well Id get a labor attorney ' if this was a group offering its a class action litigation; IF and only IF your manager is not honoring it after takin away PTO you have a valid action. TAKE YOUR MANAGER TO COURT. ALL OF THEM
take your unlimited time off people, while you can, i
Give your attorney your laptop with your password, lets see how they stop you from taking your unlimited time off they paraded around.
THEY BILLED IT AS UNLIMITED TIME OFF> TAKE IT BEFORE ITS TOO LATE
Based on what I was told in a meeting with a company executive, we get unlimited time off. I second that motion, to testify in a court of law
If your manager denies your request, contact your State Attorney Generals office.
