Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Pride in our Service

I wonder if he believes everything he said or he just read the words the speech writers and lawyers gave him.

State Farm pride in service is a stroke of a pen at a desktop with zero honor nor fortitude. Sad!

SF states they are proud of their service. True! They are proud as long as each and every discussion fits their narrative only. Anything outside their narrative is not accepted nor tolerated. Be careful of any conservative opinion you may have. They are not inclusive.

He did a great job testifying especially with the showboating of the JArse rep from MO.

If he honestly believed he was proud of his service, SF wouldn't have and still do appreciate the people who keep their promise instead of considering them an expense. Management is overpaid at SF and provide zero service. Once they appreciate those who work directly with the customer and compensate them accordingly, then he could honestly be proud.
