Not just the CIO. There has been a mass exodus after seeing the “Best in Class”’ Friends of Gil leadership team in action. They try to hide this from the company, but the fact is Gil and team believe anyone that was at Hertz before their arrival is beneath them and can be easily replaced.

No one that actually knows anything about the industry buys what this Delta group is trying to do and many would rather just leave. Almost the entire finance team quit rather than keep working for the CFO. This company is in trouble.

Amazing how these execs get hired when they have such a horrible track record of performance. He basically did nothing to help Hertz why would another company see value in him?

Why not leave this d-mb company with a bunch of cash? I am moving to an easier company, good money, and out of the Delta delusional strategy. Come visit me at Loves on OKC.
