I would say mine is Global 8D. It was the first one I completed. G8D is one of the foundations of what we do at Ford. I know asking about your favorite FTEP is a bit like asking which one is your favorite child.

They gave you a wooden award plaque back in the day. It had blank spaces and they would mail you the icons for the classes you completed, until you filled up the spaces in the plaque.
